PMsphere is a leading provider of Product Management services, since 2007.
We assist our customers in resolving PM challenges, by providing Professional Training and Coaching, On-Demand Contractors, and Strategy Consulting.

Based on the PMsphere Framework, we have helped many product managers to excel in their role, and to lead their products to success. Osnat Niv-assa - CEO Osnat is a recognized product leader with 20 years of experience in Product Management from inception through launch.
Osnat has worked in large and international companies, as well as small companies, managing products in various domains including consumer products for web and mobile and B2B products. She has practiced both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and is highly experienced in leading organizational development.
Osnat is the founder and president of the Israel Product Management Associations (ILPMA-PDMA Israel), the largest community of Israeli product managers.
She holds an MBA in Management Information System (graduated with honors) and BSc. in Industrial Engineering (graduated with honors), both from Tel Aviv University and she is a member of PDMA, and BetaGammaSigma.

She was the manager of the product management group at ICQ, and was responsible for leading ICQ products through the entire lifecycle.
Prior to ICQ, Ruti was a product manager at Mercado Software (acquired by Omniture), and lead the company’s E-commerce Search & Merchandizing products from inception to launch.
Ruti brings rich experience in technology and in leading development teams, in both start-ups as well as large and international companies.
She holds a BSc in Computer Science (graduated with honors) from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and served at the elite IDF unit 8200.
